Become a hero--join the Dickinson Volunteer Fire Department!

As a firefighter, you will be a responsible member of a closely knit and well organized team - where there is danger, teamwork really counts. Your life and the lives of others depend on it. It is not a job which can be undertaken lightly - but can provide a sense of real achievement and value. Very few other jobs offer you the opportunity to test your true potential.

Not everyone has the drive to charge towards a burning building,
while others are running away from it.

The question is: Do you have what it takes to become a hero?
